At Pinata Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all information about returning products.

Enter your order number and email address to check if your order is eligible for return.

As a consumer, you have the right to a 14-day cooling off period. The period starts the day after you receive the product.

Based on the European Consumer Rights Directive and the Dutch Civil Code (art. 6:230g to 6:230s).

By law, there are products that cannot be returned. Please keep this in mind when placing your order:

Custom-made pinatas
Pinatas that have been custom-made specifically for you cannot be returned. This falls under Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code (products manufactured to consumer specifications).
Products with custom colour or print
Products that have been personalised with a custom colour or print fall under the exception for personalised goods and cannot be returned.
Business customers (B2B)
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Business customers (B2B) have no legal right to a cooling off period.

Contact us
Send an email to info@pinatafabriek.nl with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm your return request as soon as possible.

Package the product
Package the product carefully in its original packaging. Make sure the product is well protected during transport.

Ship the package
Send the package to the address we provide in our confirmation email. Keep the track & trace code as proof of shipment.

Receive your refund
Once we have received the product in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
