Cancel your order quickly and easily with your order number and email address. If the order can no longer be cancelled automatically, we will forward your request straight to our team.
How cancelling works
As long as your order is not yet in production, we cancel it immediately. You will see right away what happens to your order.
- Not yet in production? Your order is cancelled immediately and we refund your payment.
- Already in production? We forward your request to our team and get in touch with you.
- Already shipped or delivered? You can use our return policy.
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal). Custom-made products are legally excluded from this (Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code). See our terms and conditions for all details.

Custom-made pinatas are designed and made especially for you. They are therefore legally excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
